Many local organizations are in need of supplies to enhance the dignity of women impacted by poverty. From now through February 23, please bring donations of the following to the decorated pink bin in the Narthex: toiletries, women's hygiene supplies, new undergarments like bras and socks. You are also invited to join in the community-wide celebration of Mardi Bra: February 23, 1-3 PM at Oak on Main (the Old Basilio's, 337 E Main Street). No admission fee; appetizers and cash bar; silent auction and raffle with proceeds to support ATVP and local food banks. See flyer in the Narthex or contact Jill Elbracht for more information.
There’s A Place at the Table for you! To help liven up the dark days of winter, Trinity invites its family to sign up to share a meal together in each other’s homes from February 14-March 15. There is a sign up board to be either a host or a guest (we could use a few more hosts) in the Narthex at church. The meal is often a potluck with guests bringing parts of the dinner, or it can be totally provided by the host. Please sign up by this Sunday, February 2, so that we can make the matches between hosts and guests soon. If you won’t be at church Sunday, please feel free to contact Mary Lauver (509-432-4006) to get on the list.
It’s a ton of fun, so please sign up soon!
